1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Rippon-Swaine be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Rippon-Swaine) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Reid be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing year.
3.
