1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Rippon-Swaine be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Rippon-Swaine) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Reid be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates and times of meetings To agree that the Panel will meet on the following dates (all Thursdays) in 2023/24 at 6.00pm. 15 June 2023 14 September 2023 11 January 2024 7 March 2024. Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2023/24 were noted.
