1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Tungate be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Young be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates & Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2025/26 at 10.00am: 20 June 2025 5 September 2025 7 November 2025 9 January 2026 6 February 2026 6 March 2026 Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2025/26 were noted.
