1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Committee (Cllr Clarke) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Tungate be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2019/20, at 9.30 a.m. 14 June 2019 13 September 2019 8 November 2019 10 January 2020 13 March 2020 Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2019/20 were noted.
