1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected as Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Puttock be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. The Vice-Chairman of the Committee (Cllr Puttock) in the Chair.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2018/19, at 9.30 a.m. 8 June 2018 7 September 2018 16 November 2018 11 January 2019 8 March 2019 Minutes: The Committee noted the dates for the meetings in 2018/19.
