1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Tungate be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Tungate) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Young be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuring municipal year.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2024/25 at 9.30am. 21 June 2024 6 September 2024 1 November 2024 10 January 2025 7 March 2025 Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2024/25 were noted.
