1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Tungate be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Tungate) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Young be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates & Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2023/24 at 9.30am and to approve a change of start time on 16 June to 11.00am. 16 June 2023 – change of start time to 11.00am 8 September 2023 3 November 2023 5 January 2024 8 March 2024 Minutes: RESOLVED: That the dates and times of meetings 2023/24 be noted and that the change of meeting start time, from 09:30 to 11:00 on 16 June be approved.
