	Apologies The Chairman of the Council (Cllr O’Sullivan) in the chair
1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the chair for this item). Minutes: Nominations were received for Cllrs Clarke and Harrison. Put to a secret ballot, Cllr Clarke received a majority of votes and was elected Chairman. RESOLVED: That Cllr Steve Clarke be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Clarke) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: That Cllr Neil Tungate be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
3.
