That Cllr Wappet be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman

To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee.

That Cllr Alvey be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

Dates and Time of Meetings

To agree that meetings will be held on an ad hoc basis as and when necessary.
