Cllr Caroline Rackham - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Rackham declared, for transparency purposes, that she was the Chair of the Hounsdown Community Centre, located in close proximity to the site under discussion for Agenda Item 9, the Development of a New Operational Services Depot at Hardley Industrial Estate. She concluded that there were no common law reasons of bias or predetermination from preventing her participation on this item.
Cllr Jeremy Heron - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Heron declared that he knew the owner of a company identified within Appendix 3 of Agenda Item 9, the Development of a New Operational Services Depot at Hardley Industrial Estate. Cllr Heron clarified that he would not participate in any debate, nor would he vote on this item.
