5. REVIEW OF THE TAXI LICENSING POLICY

  • Cllr Jack Davies - Non Pecuniary - Cllr J Davies declared a non-pecuniary interest as an employee of a taxi operating firm. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting however he did abstain from voting on item 5 of the agenda.

4. Application to amend site licence conditions at Fleur de Lys Caravan Park

  • Cllr Richard Young - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Young declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda item 4. He reported that he had been contacted by the applicant but had not been engaged in any discussions with them. He concluded that there were no grounds to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
