4. Allocation of community infrastructure levy (CIL) to local infrastructure projects

Cllr Geoffrey Blunden - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Blunden declared a non-pecuniary interest, due to his membership of New Milton Town Council and specifically his role as Chairman of its Amenities Committee which had dealt with some of the projects listed in the report. Cllr Blunden reported he would not speak or vote on this item.

Cllr Jeremy Heron - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Heron declared a non-pecuniary interest as he had been a practising commoner, his brother was the Official Verderer and that he was a member of the New Forest Association.
