 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Sky Lanterns'

• Cllr Geoffrey Blunden - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Blundon disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in Agenda Item 5 (Chinese Lanterns) on the grounds that he was a member of New Milton Town Council which had already decided to ban the use of Chinese lanterns on its land. He concluded that he would retain an open mind in respect of any decision with respect to this Council’s responsibilities and consequently there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from taking part in the consideration or voting.
