• Cllr Goff Beck - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Beck disclosed a non-pecuniary interest as a member of New Milton Town Council which had commented ont he application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from addressing hte Committee. He did not have a vote.
