• Cllr Melville Kendal - Non Pecuniary - In respect of policies affecting Oakhaven Hospice, of which he was a Director. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meting to speak and to vote.
• Cllr Michael White - Personal and Prejudicial - In respect of Policy SS6 relating to land south of Lymington on the grounds that he was a friend of the family that owned the site. He specifically excluded this site from his consideration and voting.
