• Cllr Arthur Davis - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Totton and Eling Town Council which had commented on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
• Cllr David Harrison - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Totton and Eling Town Council which had commented on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
• Cllr David Harrison - Personal - A common law interest on the grounds that he had referred the matter to the Committee for determination and could be perceived to be biased. Having left the meeting he took no part in the consideration and did not vote.
