• Cllr Alan Penson - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the application. He dislcosed a further, common law, interest on the grounds that he was the District Council's appointed Trustee on the Applicant Trust. Having made a statement he took no further part in the consideration and did not vote.
• Cllr Michael White - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the application. He disclosed a further, common law, interst on the grounds that he woudl be he County Council's appointed representative onthe Applicant Trust. He took no part in the consideration and did not vote.
• Cllr Mrs Anna Rostand - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the application. She concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent her from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
