- Cllr Alison Hoare - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Marchwood Parish Council which had commented on the application. She disclosed a further personal interest as a close friend of the neighbouring objector. She concluded therefore that there was a danger of bias and left the meeting for the consideration and voting.
