• Cllr Malcolm Wade - Non Pecuniary - Cllr M Wade disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 24/10522 and explained that the application site was in his Ward and that he was also a member of the Hythe and Dibden Parish Council. However, he had not participated in the Parish Council’s Planning Committee, nor had he passed comment on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
• Cllr Philip Dowd - Non Pecuniary - Cllr P Dowd disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 24/10522 and explained that he is a member of the Hythe and Dibden Parish Council, however he is not a member of their Planning Committee. He had therefore not participated nor passed comment on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
