• Cllr Matthew Hartmann - Non Pecuniary - Cllr M Hartmann disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 25/10210 and explained that he was a member of Fawley Parish Council, whose planning committee had expressed a view on the matter. However, he was not a member of their planning committee, nor had he expressed a view on the scheme. Therefore, he concluded there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
