• Cllr Dave Penny - Non Pecuniary - Cllr D Penny disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 24/10445 and explained that although he is a member of their planning committee, he did not participate nor pass comment on the application. Therefore, he concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
