• Cllr Phil Woods - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Woods disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 22/11268 and explained that the application site was within his Ward. He confirmed that he had not commented on the application and therefore concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
