• Cllr Allan Glass - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Glass declared a non-pecuniary interest in application 22/11370 as a member of Fawley Parish Council which has expressed a view on the application. He attended the Parish Council Planning Committee meeting where this matter was considered but did not participate and therefore concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and vote.
