• Cllr Allan Glass - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Glass disclosed a non-pecuniary interest, as although Fawley Parish Council had not considered the matter, he had personally objected to the application. He did not participate as a Committee member in consideration of the item, but spoke against the application as local ward member.
