- Cllr Len Harris - Non Pecuniary - As a member of Totton and Eling Town Council which had commented on the application. He disclosed a further interest on the grounds that he lived in the same road as the application site, but as he lived a significant distance away and could not see the site from his property he concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from taking part in the consideration or voting.
