• Cllr Mrs Sophie Beeton - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Beeton disclosed a non-pecuniary interst as a member of Milford on Sea Parish Council which had commented on the proposal. She concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent her from remaining in the meting to speak and to vote.
