- Cllr Alex Wade - Non Pecuniary - For transparency purposes, by virtue of his wife's employment by Carnival UK who utilise Southampton Port. He concluded that there were no common law issues of bias or pretermination to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote on the item.
- Cllr Edward Heron - Non Pecuniary - By virtue of his membership of the Solent Freeport Consortium Ltd. He confirmed that he would not take part in the debate or vote in the item.
