• Cllr Tony Ring - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Ring disclosed a non-pecuniary interest as a member of the Planning Committee of Ringwood Town Council which had commented on the application. Cllr Ring addressed the Committee as a Ringwood Town Council Councillor but did not participate in the debate or vote on the application. He was present during the consideration of the item.
