 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan'

• Cllr Malcolm Wade - Non Pecuniary - Cllr M Wade declared a non-pecuniary interest. The interest concerned his membership of Hampshire County Council to which this item proposed joint working with HCC, however he concluded there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and vote.
