• Cllr Malcolm Wade - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Wade disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 20/10656 as a member of the Planning Committee of Hythe and Dibden Parish Council which had commented on the application. Cllr Wade also reported that he was a member of Hampshire County Council which was responsible for children’s services. The application related to a private care home for children. He concluded that as he had not voted on the application at the Parish Council and that the care home was proposed to be run privately, there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
• Cllr Rebecca Clark - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Clark disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 20/10656 as a member of Hythe and Dibden Parish Council which had commented on the application. She concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent her from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
