Notice is hereby given under the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that part of the meeting of the Cabinet on 6 December 2023 will be held in private.
Part of this report will contain exempt information which, if disclosed, would prejudice the Council’s fair access to legal advice.
In accordance with the above Regulations, agreement has been obtained from the Chairmen of the relevant Overview and Scrutiny Panels that this matter is urgent and cannot reasonably be deferred. The reasons for urgency are outlined in the notice attached to this item.
