We the undersigned petition the council to develop all of the land owned by New Forest District Council on the Lymington Town Hall site, and its adjacent land for council housing and community facilities.

Too many people cannot afford to live in Lymington. We have a disproportionately older population in our town. Young people are needed in our town, but often cannot afford to live here.

We are asking the Council to set aside the land owned by New Forest District Council on the Town Hall site and the adjacent land for council housing and community facilities.

This will alleviate the housing crisis in Lymington as well as revitalising this part of the town.
