06/02/2025 - Condensation, Damp and Mould Policy for Housing (Landlord Services) ref: 1264    Recommendations Approved

This report introduces a new Condensation, Damp, and Mould Policy for Housing (Landlord Services), which details how Tenant reports on these matters will be managed, and the maintenance of the Council’s Housing stock to prevent and react to such issues. The new proposed Policy is attached at Appendix 1.

On 6 February 2025, Cllr Steve Davies, the Portfolio Holder for Housing and Homelessness made the following decision:

That the draft Condensation, Damp, and Mould Policy (attached at Appendix 1) be approved for adoption and implementation.

Any member of the Council, who is not a Portfolio Holder, who considers that this decision should be reviewed should give notice using the call-in facility at the top of this page on the Council’s intranet / extranet site. Alternatively, notice can be given to the Monitoring Officer (Tanya Coulter) (in writing or by e-mail) to be received ON OR BY 5.15 pm on 13 February 2025.

28/01/2025 - Allocation of Transportation Developer Contributions - Junction of Salisbury Road and Hamtun Gardens, Totton ref: 1254    Recommendations Approved

This report seeks to reallocate residual funding from two schemes in Totton, previously agreed in 2015 and subsequently implemented. The residual monies, alongside a small sum previously unallocated, are proposed to be reallocated to a new scheme for implementation. Namely improvements to the Junction of Salisbury Road and Hamtun Gardens, Totton.

On 28 January 2025. Cllr Derek Tipp, the Portfolio Holder for Planning and Economy made the following decision:

That £50,269.76 of held S106 transportation monies be reallocated to the improvement of the junction at Salisbury Road and Hamtun Gardens, Totton.
