Community Overview and Scrutiny Panel
Purpose of committee
The Community Overview and Scrutiny Panel consists of 10 Councillors and is responsible for the overview and scrutiny of a number of service areas, including Housing, Crime and Disorder, Health and Leisure.
The Panel undertakes reviews of the Council's policies, advises on policy development, and reviews executive decisions.
