1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr O’Sullivan be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Dunning be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates & Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Thursdays) in 2025/26 at 10.00am: 26 June 2025 18 September 2025 20 November 2025 22 January 2026 19 March 2026 Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2025/2026 were noted.
