1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take the chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr O’Sullivan be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuring year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr O’Sullivan) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Dunning be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuring year.
