1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Clarke) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Murray be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
3.
