1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Corbridge be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Corbridge) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman to the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Sevier be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.
3.
