1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Rickman be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year. The Chairman of the Committee (Cllr Rickman) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Steele be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.
