1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Blunden be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr Blunden) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Carpenter be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing year municipal year.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To agree that the Panel will hold quarterly meetings on the third Tuesday of March, June, September and January, at 6.00 p.m., and that the dates for 2018/19 will be: 19 June 2018 18 September 2018 15 January 2019 19 March 2019 Minutes: RESOLVED: That the following dates (Tuesdays at 6 pm) be agreed for meetings in 2018/19: 19 June 2018 18 September 2018 15 January 2019 19 March 2019
