Cllr J Davies declared a non-pecuniary interest in application 25/10726 as the local ward member. He had not expressed a view in relation to the application and therefore concluded there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.

The Case Officer informed the Committee of an additional written representation from Ringwood Town Council which was as follows: “The Committee is pleased to see the Planning Officer giving due regard to RNP Policy R10 and concurs with their findings that in this instance compliance is not possible and hence are satisfied with the Officer’s recommendation”.

i)               the prior completion of an agreement pursuant to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to secure suitable off-site vehicular parking for patrons of the gym; and then

 

ii)              The imposition of the Conditions as set out in the report and any additional / amended conditions or variation to the heads of terms or conditions as deemed necessary by the Service Manager (Development Management).
