Minutes: Cllr Davies disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 24/10401 and explained that he is a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council, however he is not a member of their Planning Committee. He had therefore not participated nor passed comment on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
Cllr Rickman disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 25/10444 and explained that the agent for the application was currently undertaking work on his house and therefore he concluded that he would withdraw from the meeting for the duration of the item. |

Detailed permission is sought for 26 dwellings including 15 age-restricted affordable dwellings (over 55s); access off Lower Pennington Lane and internal road layout; provision of alternative natural recreational green space; public open space and local area of play; and car parking for Oakhaven Hospice.
Outline permission is sought for 4 custom built units, each to be developed as separate phases of development. (Access in detail with appearance, landscape, layout and scale as reserved matters.)
RECOMMENDED:
Delegated Authority be given to the Service Manager Development Management to GRANT PERMISSION subject to:
i. the completion of a planning obligation entered into by way of a Section 106 Agreement to secure obligations as set out in the report.
ii. The imposition of the Conditions, as set out in the report, and any additional / amended conditions deemed necessary by the Service Manager (Development Management), having regard to the continuing Section 106 discussions to ensure consistency between the two sets of provisions.
