To confirm the minutes of the meetings held on 3 May and 22 May 2023 as a correct record.

That the minutes of the meetings held on 3 May and 22 May be agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Declarations of Interest

To note any declarations of interest made by members in connection with an agenda item.  The nature of the interest must also be specified.

 

Members are asked to discuss any possible interests with Democratic Services prior to the meeting.

 

 

Minutes:

Cllr Hawkins disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 23/10057 as the Ward Councillor for Milford and Hordle. Cllr Hawkins declared that he had attended the Hordle Parish Council Planning meeting as an observer but made no comment. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.

 

Cllr Ward disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 23/10057 as the Ward Councillor for Milford and Hordle. Cllr Ward did not attend the Hordle Parish Council Planning meeting and therefore concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent her from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.

 

Cllr Hartmann disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 22/11140 and declared that he was no longer a member of the Fawley Parish Council Planning committee and had not passed any comment on the application. He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.
