Minutes:

Cllr Hawkins disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 19/11244 as a member of the Planning Committee of New Milton Town Council which had commented on the application.  He concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent him from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote.

Cllr Reid had written in support of the application and four further letters of support for the application had been received, the points were included in the update note circulated prior to the meeting.

 

A further response had been received from Morrisons Supermarket in support of the officer recommendation as well as a letter from a local resident, as per update note circulated prior to the meeting.

 

Comment:
