Comment:
The Case Officer reported an amendment to the report to replace the last two sentences of the final paragraph within the principle of development section (page 7 of the agenda pack). This had been included in the update note circulated prior to the meeting.
A typographical error was also reported to the heading in section 10 of the report. The Conservation Area should read Breamore, and not Fordingbridge.
Cllr Dunning was not present for the duration of this item, due to a lost connection with the Skype meeting. Cllr Dunning did not vote in respect of the application.

Comment:
The Case Officer clarified that the correct title for the Fordingbridge supplemental guidance was Fordingbridge Town Design Statement (FTDS), and therefore references within the report required amendment, this included an amendment to reason 1 for refusal. An additional paragraph to section 11, habitat mitigation was also reported and an additional reason for refusal. These had been included in the update note circulated prior to the meeting.
