Election of Chairman

To elect a Chairman for the meeting.

Minutes:

That Cllr Steve Clarke be elected Chairman of the Sub-Committee for this meeting. (Cllr Steve Clarke in the Chair).

 

 

 

2.

Declarations of Interest

To note any declarations of interest made by members in connection with an agenda item. The nature of the interest must also be specified.

 

Members are asked to discuss any possible interests with Democrativ Services prior to the meeting.

No declarations of interest were made by any member.

 

 

 

3.

Exclusion of the Public and the Press

At the conclusion of this part of the Agenda, the Chairman of the Sub-Committee will move the following resolution:-

 

“that, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and the Press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act and the public interest in maintaining the exception outweighs the public interest in disclosing it”.

Minutes:

That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and the press be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 & 2 of Parts 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Review of a Personal Licence

To review a personal Licence for the sale or supply of alcohol, under the Licencing Act 2003.
