1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr O’Sullivan be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Committee (Cllr O’Sullivan) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Lane be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2019/20, at 9.30 a.m. 31 May 2019 26 July 2019 25 October 2019 24 January 2020 27 March 2020 Minutes: The dates and times of meetings in 2019/20 were noted.
