1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take this chair for this item). Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Alvey be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Adams be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
3.	Dates & Times of Meetings To note that the Committee has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Fridays) in 2025/26 at 10.00am: 27 June 2025 31 October 2025 23 January 2026 27 March 2026 Minutes: The dates and times of the meetings in 2025/2026 were noted.
