1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr O’Sullivan be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr J G Ward be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. The Vice-Chairman of the Committee (Cllr J G Ward) in the Chair.
