1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Panel. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item.) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr McEvoy be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year. The Chairman of the Panel (Cllr McEvoy) in the Chair.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Alvey be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuring municipal year.
3.	Dates and Times of Meetings To note that the Panel has previously agreed that it will meet on the following dates (all Thursdays) in 2019/20 at 9.30 a.m. 27 June 2019 26 September 2019 21 November 2019 23 January 2020 26 March 2020 Minutes: RESOLVED: The dates and times of meetings in 2019/20 were noted.
